Everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Visa Gift Cards and Visa Incentive Cards are issued by MetaBank National Association Member FDIC pursuant to a license from Visa USA. There are literally millions of merchants worldwide who will accept the Visa debit card.

The Visa debit gift card can be used at any location accepting Visa debit cards. I have not been able to use them at Walmart or target so far. At this time we do not accept checks or WIC benefits. But stores will not accept it.
